Paul Shafer Jr

PORTAGE, INDIANA (March 25, 2019) – Newly minted member of the Kulwicki Driver Development Program Paul Shafer, Jr., 22 of Portage, IN, has released a marketing package for the 2019 season.  Shafer will be chasing the 2019 ARCA Midwest Tour championship and augmenting his program with major Super Late Model races across the country.
