SEVENTH ANNUAL OLGA’S CALIFORNIA DREAM BRINGS LARGE MINI STOCK FIELD TO MADERA
MADERA, CALIFORNIA (August 12, 2026) – One of the signature events on the 2026 Mini Stock calendar hits the Madera Speedway on Saturday night with the $3,000 to win Olga’s California Dream 100. Dozens of Mini Stocks from all over the nation race before the RACER Network television cameras on the fastest one-third mile in the west.
Adults, seniors, and military tickets are just $15, youth ages 6-12 are $10 and kids five and under are free. All tickets will be sold at the track ticket booth. Racing action kicks off with dashes at 5pm followed by opening ceremonies, the qualifying duels, and the 100-lap feature.
Race fans can “Join” www.YouTube.com/ShortTrackTV for $19.99 per month for a members-only live stream as well. The races will be televised at a later date on RACER Network.
A $13,400 purse has been posted along with $4,000 in product awards.
Eureka, California’s Jarrett Mayo prevailed in 2025 with his yellow Ford Mustang for an unprecedented $5,250 payday including his bonus for utilizing Cobra Tires. The payout is considered the largest ever won in a four-cylinder race on the West Coast.
Idaho’s Drew Crenshaw and Manteca, California’s Josh Cross continue their role as the ironmen of the race. Crenshaw looks to add another trophy to his mantle following a victory in the 2023 edition. Cross finished second in 2025 and aims to be one step higher on the podium this year.
North Carolina will be represented for the first time with Jim Arbaugh of Mount Holly, North Carolina scheduled to compete. Oregon will be represented by Caleb Day, a standout dirt racer in the Beaver State. Arizona will have multiple entries including Jason Hollingsworth, the leader of a four car effort in this year’s California Dream 100 and 2025 Blythe Speedway champion. Idaho and Northern California drivers will make up a large majority of the entry list. Stockton’s Leilani Sprenkel thrilled fans with a top-ten finish last season and the teenager is ready to challenge the best in the west.
