ANNUAL NIGHT OF FIRE BRINGS FIREWORKS AND NASCAR EXCITEMENT TO THE BULLRING AT LVMS JUNE 20

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA (June 16, 2026) – The Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway celebrates America with the annual Night of Fire on Saturday June 20. The exciting night includes fireworks lighting up the sky above Las Vegas plus championship night for the NASCAR Local Racing Series presented by Star Nursery. Saturday’s events also feature the destruction of the Ewing Bros. Drag A Boat and Skid Plate races.

The NASCAR Star Nursery Late Models crown a champion in honor of Kyle Busch with Twin 51-lap features. NASCAR Modifieds, Street / Factory Stocks, Mini Stocks, INEX Terrible’s Legends, and Bandoleros will also compete in championship night.

Grandstands open at 5 p.m., followed by on-track autographs, with opening ceremonies at 6 p.m. Racing begins at 6:15 p.m. Fathers are encouraged to arrive early for a free gift from Star Nursery while supplies last! California’s Jeffrey Peterson has put together one of the best seasons in LVMS history in the Late Models, racing to a remarkable twelve for twelve feature victories in 2026. Peterson looks to cap an outstanding spring with two more shots at the checkered flag and a continued push for regional and national NASCAR points. 2025 champion Cody Brown has defended Las Vegas from second in the points followed by Johnny Spilotro, AJ Hintsala, and All American Speedway points leader Kenna Mitchell. Donna Gunther will end her storied racing career with Saturday’s race serving as her retirement as well.

Sam Jacks has moved to a nearly insurmountable 22-point lead in the NASCAR Modifieds action, leading Utah’s Eric Rhead. Kyle Jacks, Kayli Peterson, and Jimmy Petrie round out the top-five for the open wheel cars.

Kyle Jacks has earned an 18-point lead in the NASCAR Street Stocks on the strength of four wins in car no. 4, racing ahead of Don Geary and Bill Paddack, Jr. in the standings. Rob Pflaffly and Bobby Schumacher are just four markers apart in the Factory Stocks heading into Saturday’s race within a race for stock cars at Las Vegas.

Ben Williams has a scant six-point lead in the Mini Stocks, hoping to defend home turf against a rapidly closing Bory Molina of Glendora, California. Each competitor has three wins this season.

Sean Salazar’s win during the NASCAR Military and First Responders Night has virtually clinched the INEX Terrible’s Legends championship, giving the New Mexico driver a 56-point lead over California Daniel O’Donnell. Tanner Ash, Connor Podloski, and Andrew Hitchcock are in pursuit from the balance of the top-five.

Dylan Mancini has just one win in the INEX Terrible’s Bandoleros but leads the points by 22 ahead of California’s Braxton Garcia. Beau Paddack, Jeff Connors, and Austin French round out the top-five for Las Vegas’ youngest drivers.
