LAS VEGAS, NV (December 22, 2025) – Honest Abe Roofing, America’s leading roofing franchise is proud to announce its sponsorship of the 2026 Open Wheel Showdown at The Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. This premier pavement short track event, returning for its fourth running from November 5-7, 2026, will feature high-stakes competition in Winged Sprint Cars, Super Modifieds, and more, with over $250,000 in prize money on the line.
Honest Abe Roofing will present Friday’s qualifying night which has expanded in 2026, featuring time trials, heat races, pole shuffles, and C-Features for the Sprint Cars, Open Wheel Modifieds, and Legends divisions.
Kevin Newton, Founder and CEO of Honest Abe Roofing, claimed a thrilling victory in the inaugural Larry Trigueiro Memorial for Super Modifieds at the 2025 Open Wheel Showdown. Newton’s incredible pass to secure the top spot marked a triumphant return to his racing roots after founding and growing his roofing empire since 2007.
